Tim leads the SH Leadership team and specialises in organisational culture and leadership. He provides advisory support to individual executives and wider organisations through boards, executive committees and management teams. He is also a keynote speaker and author of ‘Leadership Balance’ published in 2020. Tim started his career in the British Army, commissioning from Sandhurst into the Scots Guards. His roles in the Army ranged from counter terrorism operations globally to being appointed Equerry to a member of the British Royal Family. Since leaving the Army, Tim has held numerous leadership positions including Global Head of Leadership and Learning at the global asset manager, Henderson. In 2015 Tim was appointed a Fellow in Management Practice at The University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School where he collaborates with the Executive Education department.
Gaëlle heads up the Assessment practice. With a background in insurance and executive search, she spent the past 10 years developing her specialism in executive leadership assessment. As an international HR professional, she initially gained her expertise with AXA in Singapore and AEGON Direct Marketing Services based in London and later in Texas. She graduated with a French Master’s in Business Law completed at the University of Grenoble (France) in 1992. She is a certified Hogan assessor.
Richard brings a wealth of experience, partnering with those in positions of leadership who wish to achieve outstanding results. He combines a broad range of expert coaching skills with an incisive commercial perspective to enable leaders and organisations to improve individual performance, team effectiveness and business outcomes. Prior to qualifying as a coach, Richard worked for 20 years in the financial services industry. He trained as a Chartered Accountant at PwC before joining Newton where he ultimately took the role of Head of UK Equities and successfully ran the firm’s flagship growth strategy. Richard has engaged extensively with the boards of many high-profile companies and numerous individuals in the financial services sector.
Roderic Yapp is an executive coach and leadership development specialist.
A former Royal Marines Officer, he specialises in developing leaders that operate in highly demanding and competitive sectors.
His experience includes the delivery of leadership development programmes across a multitude of sectors, including Professional Services, Asset Management, Construction, Pharma and NATO.
Nyha Pasha joined Sheffield Haworth in September 2015 as a coordinator with the Global Markets team. Her career continued to progress with her role as Executive Assistant and Researcher for the Global Markets/Global Banking team along with admin support for the Chairman Tim Sheffield. Nyha has recently moved across to work with the SH Leadership team as Project Manager. Her role includes day to day management of clients, implementation of processes and support for the wider team.
Peter has worked as an executive coach for 25 years.
As a high impact, challenging and insightful top team facilitator, executive coach and consultant, Peter brings vast experience gained through highly successful career in investment banking and finance where he has advised a large number of global corporations and governments. He combines hard business skills and experience with powerful motivational insights, which blend to form a unique perspective on how to help an individual leverage their innate skills and style in the service of organisational excellence. His psychological foundations include Gestalt, psychosynthesis and Psycho Cybernetics.
Sue is a Business Psychologist who has many years’ experience in talent management and development. Sue’s specialism lies in Strategic HR management and occupational psychology. She is a Business Psychologist and a qualified behaviour assessor and psychometric tester registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS). She has worked across a variety of industries and job levels, both here and in the US including undertaking personality profiling and psychometric testing for recruitment, selection, and development purposes as well as developing and assessing leadership capability and team culture/dynamics.
She previously worked for KPMG as an Executive Management Consultant providing HR/Organisational Development experience primarily to clients in the Financial Services sector. She also designed and implemented the assessment centre process for recruiting KPMG accredited Associates onto the KPMG Associate Academy.
Prior to that she worked for NatWest Group where she held several senior HR roles working on areas surrounding employee engagement and the individual and collective psychological contract. Over the years she gained expertise that covered people strategy, organisational development, employment policy and HR risk management and control systems.
