Recently, we hosted SH Leadership Week to introduce our solutions across Coaching, Assessment, Leadership and Culture. The sessions included a variety of 45 minute interactive talks and panel discussions with our team and special guests. If you missed any of the sessions don’t worry, take a watch below.

Session 1 – Welcome to SH Leadership with Tim McEwan

Session 4 – Coaching the Career Lifecycle with Richard Wilmot and Holly Sedlacek

How might coaching support performance and well being at different stages of the career life cycle? For anyone who is interested to learn more about the different ways coaching can contribute to success throughout a working life.


Session 5 – Leadership in a crisis with Kim Matalon & Major General Paul Nanson CB CBE

In conversation with two seasoned leaders who have seen crises come and go. How do we reset ourselves after any crisis and be best prepared for the next one? Because there will be another one. All leaders have experienced a crisis and are still dealing with ongoing challenges. But for leaders who recognise that they need to reset themselves and get their teams back up and running effectively.
